NYC Fitness Experts Cardiovascular Programs are
designed for all fitness levels. Whether you are at a beginner,
intermediate, or advanced level, we will design the necessary program
to meet your goals. The three main components of
cardiovascular exercise include frequency, duration, and intensity.
Our
cardiovascular programs will have specific
instructions on all three components. In addition, your cardiovascular program
will include instructions on warm-up, cool-down,
and stretching of each of the primary muscles used in the exercise. Our programs
are great for individuals wanting to train for
5K, 10K, half and full marathon, as well as individuals who simply want to
improve their fitness level.
