Developed
from the basic fundamentals of gymnastics,
Ring-Strength Training is designed to create
a body that is strong, balanced, flexible and
has muscle endurance.
Each
exercise on the “rings” is
designed to pinpoint a specific muscle group
with secondary muscle groups actively involved. Since
the “rings” are a free-hanging
apparatus it gives them ultimate flexibiity,
resulting in infinite degrees of movement.
This in turn helps in developing balance,
control, strength and muscular endurance.
Ring-Strength
workouts can be tailored to every individual’s
level of
strength. All strength populations,
weak to strong can participate fully and make
equal strength gains.
