Joe Catalano

Joe Began his knowledge of fitness as an athlete in high school. He learned the importance of physical training regiments to achieve personal and team goals. He became a two-time Philadelphia All-Catholic football player.

As a track sprinter, Joe won numerous individual events and team relay medals. Because of his leadership skills and hard work, Joe was captain of both the football and track teams.

When Joe retired from organized team sports, he continued his cardiovascular and strength training routine through his life to the present. Joe decided to bring his talent and expertise to a career in the fitness field. He broadened his knowledge of fitness by getting certified as a personal trainer, and for the past 10 years he has worked in various fitness facilities in Pennsylvania and New York city.
