Joe was my trainer for 4 years. I found Joe
after having knee
surgery and my physical therapist recommended him. Joe developed an
exercise plan that strengthened not only my knee but my body core. He
explained that it was not enough to just strengthen my knee but by also
strengthening my body core I would help prevent further injury and keep
my body better aligned. Joe has a very good understanding of physiology
and what is the best way to accomplish a variety of goals. Whether you
want to loose weight, increase strength, gain flexibility or train for a
particular sport/goal - Joe can help you. He changes the exercises or
routine so you are not bored and so your body is constantly challenged.
In addition he has an upbeat and optimistic personality. He is always
supportive and encouraging and he keeps you entertained. If I hadn't
moved out of NYC I would still be working out with him.
